Job summary

Daikin Europe Business Support in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Order & Warranty Management Coordinator to own order and warranty processes, driving improvements and KPI achievement across Customer Service, Sales, Logistics and Finance. This role sits between operations and process ownership, offering exposure to multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years’ relevant experience, SAP proficiency, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Warranty Management, or related operations.
SAP knowledge.
Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.
Proven capability in process improvement.
Fluent English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

Coordinate Order Management and Warranty processes to ensure operational excellence and KPI achievement.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes and support colleagues in complex situations.
Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate resolution of operational issues and cross-functional escalations. Prepare reports and business insights supporting decision making.
Support process governance, compliance activities, and internal controls.
Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.
