Job summary

Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) in Warsaw seeks an experienced Order & Warranty Management Coordinator to own selected processes, ensure execution, drive improvements, and support KPI achievement. You will work with Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Service teams.

The role emphasizes ownership, analytics, and SME-style guidance across operational teams to boost performance and process excellence.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Warranty Management, or related operations.
SAP knowledge.
Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.
Proven capability in process improvement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Order Management and Warranty processes to ensure operational excellence and KPI achievement.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes and support colleagues in complex situations.
Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate resolution of operational issues and cross-functional escalations.
Prepare reports and business insights supporting decision making.
Support process governance, compliance activities, and internal controls.
Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.
