Job summary

Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist to ensure accurate data, efficient processes and timely reporting across Production, Procurement, Quality and Materials Management.

You will manage master data, create dashboards, coordinate workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Experience with data management, reporting or manufacturing workflows is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English (B1/B2 level).
• Solid knowledge of MS Office; SAP, Power BI and Power Automate are advantageous.
• Ability to work with data from several systems and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer operational data, documentation and processes according to procedures.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
• Coordinate workflows across teams and monitor progress.
• Support meeting prep and follow-up communications among stakeholders.

Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

As a Manufacturing Support Specialist, you will support Manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate data, efficient processes, and timely reporting. You will contribute to master data management, operational reporting, process coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives across departments such as Production, Procurement, Quality, and Materials Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support – Maintain operational data, documentation, and administrative processes while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Reporting & Data Management – Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support operational performance and decision-making.
• Process Coordination – Coordinate workflows, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of actions across teams.
• Communication Support – Facilitate communication between stakeholders and support meeting preparation and follow-up activities.
• Continuous Improvement – Contribute to process optimization, data quality improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.

Our requirements:

• Education – Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience – Experience in business processes, data management, reporting, or manufacturing-related environments is an advantage.
• Language Skills – Good written and spoken English (B1/B2 level).
• Systems & Tools – Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); SAP, Power BI, and Power Automate are a plus.
• Data Management – Ability to work with data from multiple systems and ensure its accuracy and consistency.
• Collaboration Platforms – Familiarity with SharePoint and other document management or collaboration tools is an advantage.
