Job summary
Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) in Warsaw seeks a Cost Controller to ensure financial transparency, cost governance, and operational efficiency across Daikin's EMEA Service organization. You will monitor service costs, analyze performance, and support budgeting and reporting to drive profitability and process improvements.
The role collaborates with service operations, warranty teams, finance, and affiliates to strengthen cost visibility and deliver actionable financial insights for
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze service-related costs (labor, warranty, travel, training, subcontracting, support activities).
- Prepare cost reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis vs. budget and actuals.
- Identify cost deviations, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with affiliates to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and cost allocation methods.
