ABB is seeking an Order Execution Project Manager to strengthen the Tender & Execution Center team in a hybrid working model. You will own project execution from Order Intake to End of Warranty, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the main contact for the client.

Responsibilities include monitoring project financials, invoicing, risk management, coordinating with Supply Chain, and procuring services and equipment. You will prepare project documents and drive formal close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of PM experience on small to mid-sized projects, preferably order execution.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
• Experience with customers and suppliers in a project context.
• Good command of English; Polish language is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and Windchill PLM is advantageous.

Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Project Execution Team Lead__Your role and responsibilitiesCurrently we are looking for a candidate for the position of Project Manager who will strengthen ABB Tender & Execution Center team.Working as Order Execution Project Manager You will be supporting ABB sales activity by leading the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.The work model for the role is: #LiHybrid.You will be mainly accountable for:Take ownership of project execution from Order Intake until End of Warranty of delivered products/packages. Ensures efficient and correct order execution.Ensures high customer satisfaction, presenting constant high customer focus.Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Performs tasks independently and is able to teach others.Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued.Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Perform order handling activities e.g. logistics, invoicing etc.Prepares complete project documents in own area of expertise.Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.Qualifications for the role:Bachelor's degree or above (Higher education in engineering will be an asset).Project management experience (at least 3 years) in execution of small to medium-size projects (preferably order execution, power industry environment).Knowledge of project management methodologies: Knowledge of various methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2. Ability to flexibly change during project implementation.Experience in direct work with customers and suppliers.Good command of English language enabling daily communication. Polish language will be an asset.Knowledge of transport management as well as Tax and Export compliance will be an asset.Knowledge of SAP system.
