Job summary

ABB Tender & Execution Center seeks a Project Manager to strengthen the Order Execution Team. You will lead the execution of medium-size projects, supporting ABB sales activities and ensuring alignment with ABB policy, quality, HSE, financial targets, and schedules.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of PM experience in order execution or power-related projects, and knowledge of PM methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.

This position reports to: Project Execution Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of Project Manager who will strengthen ABB Tender & Execution Center team. Working as Order Execution Project Manager You will be supporting ABB sales activity by leading the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Qualifications for the role :

• Bachelor's degree or above (Higher education in engineering will be an asset).
• Project management experience (at least 3 years) in execution of small to medium-size projects (preferably order execution, power industry environment).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Knowledge of various methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2. Ability to flexibly change during project implementation.
• Experience in direct work with customers and suppliers.
• Good command of English language enabling daily communication. Polish language will be an asset.
• Knowledge of transport management as well as Tax and Export compliance will be an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP system. Knowledge of PLM Windchill is advantage.
• Very good communication skills, strong results orientation and self-organizing.
