Responsibilities

• Сбор и анализ требований внутренних клиентов по данным из всей компании
• Консультирование по дизайну эффективных процессов, основанных на данных

• Разработка ETL-процессов и их внедрение в предприятиях
• Проектирование интерфейсов и соглашений об уровне обслуживания
• Обеспечение бесперебойной работы дата-выгодных продуктов в продакшене
• Содействие внедрению гибкого подхода к работе Data Foundation
• Участие в дежурствах по требованию (до 12 дней в год)

Join our newly created European Data & Analytics HUB! - we are growing! This strategic initiative is created to enable the change of Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) to a data-driven company. Our goal is to empower all VWFS business units to use data effectively, efficiently and compliantly in their business decisions.

• Collect, analyze, and understand the data requirements of our internal customers in all parts of the company
• Advise our internal customers on the design of efficient data-driven processes
• Create and maintain modular conceptual and logical data models based on these requirements
• Design, implement, test, and deploy efficient data integration/harmonization processes from a variety of internal and external data sources
• Design and negotiate interfaces and service level agreements with your process partners
• Ensure that your data products run reliably and efficiently in production (together with IT operations)
• Advance the agile way of working at Data Foundation with your ideas for process improvements
• Perform on-call duties where required (on up to 12 days per year)

Требования

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 2–4 years of professional experience as an Oracle Developer, Database Developer, or Data Engineer
• Good hands‑on experience in Oracle database development, including SQL, PL/SQL, and basic performance tuning
• Experience in implementing data integration or ETL processes in enterprise environments
• Basic experience with data modeling concepts (conceptual and logical models)
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and support requirement analysis with guidance from senior colleagues
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or SAFe); familiarity with Jira
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn and grow in an enterprise data environment
• Good communication skills and customer‑oriented attitude
• Very good English and Polish language skills (C1)
• Будет плюсом: Familiarity with Oracle APEX, Oracle GoldenGate, Informatica, Automic or SAP BW/4HANA is an advantage; Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and relevant certifications are beneficial
