Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks an experienced Oracle AI/ML Consultant to lead implementations focusing on configuring and optimizing ML algorithms using Oracle ML or equivalent Oracle technologies.

You will design and optimize models, prepare data, deploy in production, and collaborate with DBAs and data engineers, with emphasis on performance, security, and auditability. International travel and well-being perks are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ML experience within Oracle ML or equivalent Oracle tech.
• Oracle ML/AI pathway certifications or equivalent documents.
• Experience with Oracle Database 23ia or equivalent Oracle DB tech.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-native Oracle services and deployment patterns.
• Good communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimize ML models within Oracle ML stacks.
• Implement data prep, feature engineering, training, validation and production deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers and DBAs to integrate ML with Oracle DB and cloud services.
• Provide guidance on performance, scalability and security for ML workloads.
• Document implementation plans and model evaluation results for maintainability and auditability.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to internal teams and clients.
