Job summary

SymphonyAI Retail seeks a Technical Consultant/Developer to implement and support AI-powered retail solutions. You will work with clients to optimize operations, translating requirements into technical designs and ensuring compatibility with standards.

The role requires strong English/Polish communication, Oracle/SQL skills, and Linux expertise, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable deployments and solid customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Oracle databases, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, Bash scripting.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies.
• Experience in client support or consulting in small to medium environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of consulting, commercial activities, and logistics within retail supply chain (preferred).
• Category B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Consult on the use and operation of software solutions in Cloud and On-premise environments.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to develop standards for Batch Management, Integration, Monitoring, and Run Phase transitions.
• Analyze and specify client requirements and information support needs.
• Ensure functional and technical compatibility of software with development standards.
• Design, document, and implement technical solutions, including requirements analysis, technical documentation, programming, testing, installation and supporting docs.
• Create and update user and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support during the implementation of software solutions in client environments.
