Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced ML/AI Engineer to deliver production-grade AI for a major insurance client. You will design, train, deploy, and scale models, collaborating with backend teams and stakeholders to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include building production ML pipelines, implementing MLOps, and applying architectures with AWS services. A non-corporate TEAL culture supports autonomy and impact across Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ML/AI production experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain ML/AI models in production.
• Train models from scratch and fine-tune pre-trained models.
• Deploy and scale AI solutions using AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock) and container orchestration (ECS/EKS).
• Design IT solution architectures following proven design patterns.
• Integrate models with existing ecosystems via APIs, REST, microservices.
• Collaborate with backend teams and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and MLOps practices (monitoring, versioning, CI/CD).
