Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a senior specialist to lead Optimizely DXP delivery for global clients in Poland. You will shape architecture, translate business goals into requirements, and guide work across engineering teams.

You will mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and contribute 20–30% of time by coding directly, ensuring robust CI/CD and testing across environments.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Optimizely PasS CMS and SasS CMS from backend and frontend perspectives.
• In-depth experience with Optimizely DXP, deployment model, environment management, and production support processes.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core including APIs, apps, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of Optimizely DXP for global clients.
• Translate business goals into clear technical requirements for Optimizely DXP solutions.
• Guide and review code, spending ~20–30% of time coding.
• Ensure high-quality code with automated tests and reliable deployments.
