Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking an experienced Optimizely DXP Engineer in Poland to lead architecture and delivery for global clients. You will guide the implementation, translate business goals into technical requirements, and collaborate with engineering to tackle complex challenges.

You will mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and spend part of your time coding while ensuring automated testing, CI/CD, and reliable deployments across environments.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Optimizely PasS CMS and Optimizely SaaS CMS from backend and frontend perspectives.
• Deep experience with Optimizely DXP deployment, environment management, APIs, and production support.
• Strong skills in C#/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core, including content types, templates, routing, DI, and integrations.
• Excellent communication to translate tech concepts into business requirements and risk assessment.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with UK project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and technical delivery of Optimizely DXP for global client.
• Drive requirements discovery and workshops translating business goals into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering team to solve complex technical challenges.
• Mentor and guide team members; code reviews; spend ~20–30% coding.
• Ensure high-quality code with automated testing and CI/CD across environments.
• Plan and estimate work with product owners and stakeholders.
• Prioritize tasks and manage dependencies; discuss trade-offs with stakeholders.
• Contribute to evolving Optimizely DXP delivery standards and patterns.
