Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland seeks a senior Optimizely DXP engineer to lead implementation and technical delivery for global client projects. You will shape the architecture and drive solution delivery across Optimizely DXP environments.

You will mentor a team, translate business goals into requirements, collaborate with engineering, and ensure automated testing, CI/CD, and reliable deployment. You will stay engaged with UK team until 18:00 local time as needed.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Optimizely PasS CMS and Optimizely SasS CMS.
• In-depth experience with Optimizely DXP deployment, environment management, configuration, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core, including APIs and integrations.
• Experience delivering software across the full lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
• Experience providing technical leadership or managing a team of at least five members.
• Fluency in English and ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify, assess, and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and technical delivery of Optimizely DXP for global clients, shaping solution architecture.
• Lead requirements discovery and facilitate client-facing workshops to translate goals into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify the best solutions for complex challenges.
• Support team members with tasks and participate in code reviews; spend 20–30% coding directly.
• Ensure high-quality code with automated testing, CI/CD, and reliable deployment across environments.
• Estimate and plan work with product owners, stakeholders, and project team.
• Help team prioritize tasks and manage technical dependencies.
• Communicate solutions, plans, and trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to evolving delivery standards and reusable implementation patterns.
