Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland seeks a senior technical lead to drive Optimizely DXP implementations for global clients. You will guide architecture, translate business goals into actionable requirements, and work closely with engineering to deliver robust solutions.

You will mentor a team of professionals, contribute to code reviews, and spend around a fifth of your time coding directly. The role is hybrid in Poland and requires fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Optimizely PasS CMS and Optimizely SasS CMS from backend and frontend.
• Deep experience with Optimizely DXP deployment, environment management, and production support.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core including APIs and editors.
• Understanding of deployment, logging, monitoring, and release management.
• Knowledge of integrating CMS with external systems and commerce platforms.
• Experience delivering software end-to-end with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and technical delivery of Optimizely DXP for global clients.
• Drive requirements discovery and translate business goals into actionable specs.
• Collaborate with engineering to solve complex technical challenges.
• Mentor team members and participate in code reviews (20–30% coding).
• Ensure high-quality code with automated tests and CI/CD deployments.
