Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Manager Operations Strategy (f/m/d) to lead strategy development for the Industrial Solutions segment across EMEA. The role reports to the Senior Director Operations Strategy and offers a path to future leadership in operations.

Based in Poland or other EMENA locations, the position requires executive-level problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on deployment of strategic plans with travel under 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/economics/finance/engineering with 13+ years’ experience including manufacturing operations and 3+ years consulting.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in strategy formulation and implementation in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex operations problems with hypothesis-driven plans.
• Develop strategies and approaches for complex operational projects.
• Support development of robust strategic plans.
• Benchmark trends across markets and competitors affecting operations.
• Create analytical models and translate output into clear stories.
• Lead fact-based creation and communication.
• Develop playbooks and maturity models to standardize best practices.
• Coordinate project execution using strong project management.
• Contribute to the professional development of the larger operations team.
