Marsh Risk is seeking an Operations Specialist with Norwegian for the Warsaw office. You will handle documentation from insurance brokers in English and Norwegian, perform precise data entry in internal systems, and contribute ideas for process improvements.

This role relies on strong communication with stakeholders and a keen eye for detail. We welcome candidates with at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in insurance or SSC environments, and a collaborative, multilingual team
