Job summary

Concentrix in Lublin, Poland, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Team Leaders and drive performance across service, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics. You will partner with senior stakeholders and clients to deliver results and uphold a culture of high performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and a passion for developing people, with fluent Polish and strong English.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in BPO/Contact Centre or CX environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop people and leaders.
• Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders.
• Drive performance across service, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
