Job summary

Growe Talents is partnering with a fast-scaling international marketing company in the iGaming sector to recruit an Operations professional. The role focuses on overseeing projects, planning and risk management across busy PM teams, with a strong emphasis on process optimization and data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Operations, proven mentoring abilities for Project Managers, and experience scaling large initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of mentoring or developing Project Managers.
• Experience leading large-scale projects in product companies (iGaming experience is a strong plus).
• Experience with process optimization, automation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (strong written and verbal communication skills).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the projects and regular processes, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
• Set priorities, ensure clear ownership and support PMs in delivering high-impact initiatives.
• Analyze processes across business units to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Effective use of Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and other tools to structure, monitor, and optimize operational processes.
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize scalable processes, workflows, SLA and operational standards.
• Establish and monitor relevant KPIs and use data to support decision-making and prioritization.
• Identify opportunities for automation, tool optimization and reduction of manual work.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and support in scaling effectively.
• Drive a culture of ownership, proactivity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the PM team.
