Redcore Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Delivery Manager to lead large cross-domain projects in our fast-growing tech group. You will coordinate product, engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and compliance stakeholders, and structure complex workstreams into clear milestones and action plans.
You will maintain source-of-truth artifacts in Jira and Confluence, run planning sessions, risk reviews, and launch readiness activities, and report progress to senior leadership in English.
5+ years of experience in software project management, technical project management, delivery management, project delivery, or similar roles in product/technology organizations.
Proven experience managing complex technical projects, workstreams, or sub-programs involving multiple teams, domains, or functions.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Kanban delivery models, backlog structures, dependency management, QA process, release coordination, operational readiness, and production launch support.
Experience coordinating delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Operations, and business stakeholders.
Ability to independently structure complex workstreams into clear scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, action plans, and readiness criteria.
Strong experience maintaining source-of-truth artifacts in Jira, Confluence, dashboards, roadmaps, trackers, RAID logs, decision logs, launch checklists, and reporting pages.
Ability to identify weak planning, unclear ownership, missing dependencies, unrealistic timelines, insufficient readiness, and unresolved decisions.
Experience facilitating cross-functional planning sessions, blocker reviews, readiness reviews, release preparation meetings, and stakeholder updates.
Sufficient technical literacy to understand architecture dependencies, integrations, environments, data flows, QA readiness, release constraints, observability, rollback, and operational support implications.
Ability to prepare factual, concise, and decision-oriented reporting for senior stakeholders.
Strong English communication skills sufficient for cross-functional collaboration, reporting, facilitation, and escalation.
Experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, betting, gambling, online gaming, SaaS platforms, or regulated digital products.
Experience supporting or managing white-label launches, payment integrations, vendor integrations, platform migrations, legacy refactoring, regulatory enablement, or other high-dependency technical initiatives.
Experience working in domain-based, matrix, or distributed product/technology organizations.
Experience supporting Technical Program Delivery Managers in large cross-domain programs.
Experience mentoring junior project managers, project coordinators, delivery coordinators, or similar roles.
Experience documenting delivery frameworks, templates, playbooks, operating procedures, onboarding materials, or best-practice guidelines.
Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Structure, BigPicture, Aha!, Productboard, Miro, Confluence, or similar planning and delivery tools.
Understanding of Lean, Kanban systems, Theory of Constraints, Shape Up, Team Topologies, SAFe, LeSS, or other flow/scaling approaches.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, security reviews, compliance gates, incident management, production readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
Strong ownership and ability to drive workstreams independently with limited supervision.
High discipline in follow-up, artifact quality, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous, fragmented, or politically sensitive delivery situations.
Strong facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to challenge unclear plans, missing owners, weak due dates, hidden dependencies, and insufficient readiness constructively.

Create and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures where useful, dependency maps, RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, status reports, communication plans, launch checklists, and post-launch follow-up trackers.
Maintain the source of truth for assigned scope in Jira, Confluence, dashboards, trackers, and reporting pages.
Coordinate execution between teams, domains, and functions involved in assigned projects or workstreams.
Track progress, blockers, risks, dependencies, decisions, owners, action items, and due dates for assigned scope.
Facilitate workstream-level and cross-functional meetings, including planning sessions, syncs, action reviews, blocker reviews, readiness checks, release preparation meetings, and post-launch follow-ups.
Prepare accurate, timely, and decision-oriented reporting for Technical Program Delivery Managers, Technical Program Delivery Lead, domain leadership, and relevant stakeholders.
Identify delivery risks early and elevate them with clear context, impact, options, and recommended next steps.
Challenge weak ownership, unclear scope, missing dependencies, unrealistic timelines, and insufficient launch readiness.
Support release coordination, rollout tracking, launch preparation, operational readiness, documentation, and stabilization activities.
Ensure workstream-level readiness across product scope, engineering, QA, DevOps, security, compliance, support, monitoring, and rollback where applicable.
Document reusable practices, templates, lessons learned, and operating procedures based on actual program execution.
Support onboarding and guidance for junior Technical Project Managers, Domain Delivery Managers, and Project Managers adopting the technical program delivery framework.
Contribute to improving the Technical Program Delivery framework through practical feedback from real delivery cases.
