Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. offers an onsite, full-time internship across multiple locations in Poland.

You will work in our fast-paced fulfillment environment, gaining exposure to projects, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration. Eligible candidates are penultimate or final year students pursuing Supply Chain, Business/Management, or Engineering, fluent in English and Polish. The program runs 3–6 months with January–July 2027 start dates.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year university student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the local language (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects to a high standard.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Propose and test solutions with the team to implement effective changes.
• Develop communication and teamwork by working with managers and frontline associates.
• Move around the building to engage with different teams and participate in briefs and meetings.
