Dott is seeking a logistics operations lead to keep our fleet moving, the warehouse humming, and city streets supplied with safe, reliable rides. You will coordinate drivers and mechanics, manage subcontractors, and own fleet readiness across e-scooters and e-bikes in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role requires 3+ years in logistics or similar roles, strong organizational skills, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transport, or fast-paced operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Fluent English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities of drivers and mechanics to keep operations smooth.
• Manage subcontractors and maintain high service quality.
• Own fleet readiness for e-scooters and e-bikes; ensure proper repairs.
• Plan efficient routes and smart shift schedules for the team.
• Oversee warehouse operations and quality control of repairs.
• Generate daily and weekly performance reports from data.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and components.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
• Occasionally drive company vehicles when required.
