What You’ll Do

Working closely with the Operations Director, you’ll manage four key pillars:

• Supervisor Accountability: Lead weekly check-ins with BCBAs to track billable hours, documentation, and calendar accuracy.
• Workflow Management: Maintain internal trackers and solve operational puzzles before they become problems.
• Hiring Support: Keep the recruitment engine humming by monitoring interview pipelines and onboarding transitions.
• Scheduling Oversight: Ensure therapist/client coverage is seamless and resolve scheduling conflicts with speed.
