Lighthouse Autism Center seeks a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy. You will work within a neuro-affirming, assent-based framework to support learners and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Indiana LBA licensure preferred or ability to obtain state licensure.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve. Salary Description

Up to $90,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities
