Coastal Kids Autism Treatment Center, PLLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote parent training role. You will provide parent training and caregiver support services for families of children receiving ABA services, with flexible scheduling and autonomy.

Ideal candidates have BCBA certification and experience with caregiver training; TMHP credentialing is preferred.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Conduct parent training sessions via telehealth.
• Complete behavioral assessments and treatment recommendations as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment goals and caregiver strategies.
• Provide coaching and support to caregivers using evidence-based ABA practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Manage your own schedule and caseload responsibilities.
• Adhere to all ethical, payer, and licensing standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote parent training role. In this position, you will provide parent training and caregiver support services for families of children receiving ABA services. This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload without the demands of in-clinic supervision.

Candidates credentialed with TMHP are strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $45–70/hour depending on experience and credentialing status
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to set your own availability
