Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland seeks an experienced risk professional to oversee the MCA Independent Assessment Program within ORM. You will design, maintain and challenge MCA design, management and execution across ORM, providing SME guidance and ensuring robust governance across geographies.

The role requires 7+ years in risk, audit or compliance, with strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to leverage AI to enhance oversight. Hybrid work is offered in Poland.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational risk management, audit, or compliance.
• Knowledge of operational risk principles and methodologies.
• Evidence of delivering results with strong execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the MCA independent assessment program across ORM.
• Develop training and provide SME guidance to ORM coverage teams for MCA reviews.
• Ensure data and infrastructure support for MCA, including AI utilization.
• Engage with second line of defense specialists for effective challenge of MCA practices.
• Perform independent MCA reviews to assess adherence to policies and standards.
• Identify enhancements to MCA methodology and address root causes of issues.
• Prepare materials for presenting MCA outcomes to Governance Committees/Senior Management.
