Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking an Operational Purchaser for a three-month temporary contract. You will manage POs in Electronics/Electrical, monitor deliveries, and resolve issues to ensure timely receipt of goods.

You will maintain ERP data, build supplier relationships, and collaborate with internal teams on demand forecasts and production plans. Fluency in Polish and English is required; German is a plus. Hybrid work options and private health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Demonstrated experience as operational purchaser or similar role in an international environment.
• Experience within electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive, telecommunications, or comparable sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage POs timely and accurately within Electronics/Electrical commodity.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, invoice discrepancies, and quality complaints.
• Compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems including supplier and material master data.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments on demand forecasts, delivery timelines and urgent needs.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives by providing operational insights.
• Liaise with Inventory, SIOP and Management; cooperate with Production Planning, SBO, Quality, Finance and Logistics.

Operational Purchaser

Temporary contract for 3 months.

What you will do:

• Manage PO’s timely and accurate within the commodity Electronics/Electrical
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, invoice discrepancies, and quality complaint.
• Compliance with policies and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems including supplier and material master data.
• Build/maintain relationships with suppliers
• Collaborate with internal departments. Alignment with departments on demand forecasts, delivery timelines and urgent needs.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives by providing operational insights
• Liaising with Inventory team, SIOP and Management
• Cooperate with Prod. Planning, SBO, Quality, Finance and Logistic
• Cooperate with Strategic Buyers within same Commodity

What we are looking for:

• Degree in business, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Demonstrated experience as operational purchaser or similar role in an international environment
• Experience within electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive industry, telecommunications, or comparable industries
• Ability and desire to work hands on and with details without losing track of the overall objectives.
• Communicating very confidently (spoken and written) in Polish and in English, German is nice to have
• Highly organized and able to function successfully in a fast‑paced production environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with key individuals at all levels of the organization to implement changes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems (preferable Infor LN), Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High drive of motivation and commitment, flexibility and quality awareness
• Problem solver and strives for quick solutions to resolve delivery delays
