Job summary

Amazon in Poland is seeking a Learning Manager to lead a training team and own all site training initiatives. You will collaborate with EU teams to share best practices, plan and execute training programs, and drive quality and productivity improvements on the fulfilment floor.

This role emphasizes leadership coaching, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven performance enhancements, with close ties to Operations and HR partners in Świebodzin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent Polish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with MS Office and data analytics to identify problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist.
• Own end-to-end training programs at the site, from needs analysis to execution.
• Partner with EU Learning Teams to share best practices.
• Plan, develop, and evaluate training initiatives with senior team input.
• Identify and deploy coaching solutions to improve quality and productivity.
• Provide coaching and feedback on leadership topics in 1:1s and workshops.
