Molex, a Koch company, seeks an Operational Excellence Engineer to connect people, processes, and data to drive measurable improvements on the shop floor. You will validate data at the Gemba and translate analysis into actions using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning and Finance, and drive opportunities that improve the business and financial results.

Competenze

• Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience in process and data analysis, including using data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Experience analyzing end-to-end processes and understanding the connection between operational processes and business performance.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Professional working proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
