You'll coach teams, optimize processes, and collaborate with Finance on cost reduction, budget planning, and production capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience in Manufacturing Excellence or Continuous Improvement within production.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
• Fluent English and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead the OPS deployment across the manufacturing site.
• Develop and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Define improvement roadmaps and monitor KPIs.
• Coach employees to adopt a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support budgeting via analysis of production capacity and productivity.
• Lead or participate in cost reduction projects with Finance.
• Deliver training on OPS and Lean tools to staff.
