Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Operational Efficiency Manager to drive process optimization, automation, governance, and performance management across Consulting in Poland. You will own key dashboards, enable automation, and support data-driven decision-making to strengthen operational performance and sustainable growth.

Hybrid work: 2 days in office, 3 days remote in Wrocław. Collaborate with Operations, Strategy, Finance, and Consulting stakeholders to standardize processes and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operations or related roles.
• Experience in Consulting, Professional Services, or matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience leading process improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement process improvements across Consulting operations.
• Drive standardization and best practices across locations and teams.
• Analyze performance to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support automation initiatives and tooling adoption.
• Act as Product Owner for operational dashboards and tools.
• Monitor indirect costs and identify savings opportunities.
• Prepare executive materials and support leadership reviews.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
