Qualifications

Proven track record of hitting targets in sales or business development.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.
Experience using AI in sales or outreach workflows is a plus.
Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication for global researchers.

Responsibilities

Reach out directly to researchers and editors to spark collaborations and recruit into Editorial Boards.
Manage a dynamic sales pipeline from first contact to publication.
Leverage AI tools to research prospects, personalise outreach, and manage the pipeline.
Build long-term relationships with editors and authors.
Represent journals at conferences, webinars, and online events to grow market presence.
