Frontiers in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a dynamic professional to join the Publishing Development team. You will reach out to researchers and editors to build collaborations, launch article collections, and recruit Editorial Board members, helping journals grow their visibility.

You239;ll manage a growing sales pipeline, use AI tools to research prospects and personalize outreach, and build lasting relationships with authors and researchers as journals expand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outreach, or another target-driven environment.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and create opportunities rather than follow a playbook.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to engage new audiences.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools in business operations.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to researchers and editors to build collaborations, launch collections, and recruit Editorial Board members.
• Create outreach strategies to increase journal visibility and attract submissions.
• Manage a dynamic sales pipeline from first contact to publication.
• Use AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, and manage the pipeline.
• Build long-term relationships with authors and researchers to establish trust for growing journals.
• Represent journals at conferences, webinars, and online events to raise awareness.
