Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a site-based electrical installation and commissioning supervisor in Poland. You will maintain fact-based communication between site, project management, and back-office engineering to support forecasts and a smooth handover to Generation.

Responsibilities include supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and HV/LV duties, while promoting a strong safety culture and coordinating cross-contractor interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Recent installation, testing, and commissioning experience across HV/LV/electromechanical systems.
• Experience with control and communication systems including SCADA, networks, and telecommunications.
• Competence to execute LV/AP and HV/AP duties with electrical safety controls and lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• Link site activities and back-office functions, providing evidence-based feedback for risk assessments and forecasts.
• Model safe behaviour and encourage contractors to prioritise safety.
• Identify issues with contractors and agree mitigations.
• Supervise equipment delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning against project requirements.
• Coordinate handover of completed systems to Generation.
