Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a long-term project based in Gdańsk, Poland. You will coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams, overseeing electrical and MEP installation packages and ensuring delivery aligned with programme, quality and HSE requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical/power/industrial projects, experience managing multidisciplinary site teams, and a good understanding of HSE and construction planning.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Manager on major technical projects.
• Strong electrical/power/industrial project background.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Good understanding of HSE, quality and construction planning.
• Previous European project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams
• Oversee electrical and MEP installation packages
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality and HSE requirements
• Coordinate between construction, engineering and commissioning teams
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or site-related issues
• Manage client, contractor and subcontractor interfaces
• Review method statements, RAMS and construction documentation
• Support testing, completion, punch-list closeout and final handover
• Provide regular progress updates to senior project management
