Citi Solutions Center Poland in Poland is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst trainee to support data remediation across client and security coding systems. You will perform trend analyses, identify root causes, and liaise with global teams to ensure data quality.

The role emphasizes strong customer service to internal stakeholders and ownership of ad-hoc projects. The position offers a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home per week) and a competitive base salary with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in data remediation across multiple streams
• Experience maintaining client static data in a capital markets environment
• Willingness to take ownership and be accountable

Responsibilities

• Remediate data in the Clients and Security Coding systems
• Perform trend analysis and identify root causes
• Implement or suggest solutions based on root cause analysis
• Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
• Own ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion
• Provide tangible metrics to Management
• Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and firm policies
