Job summary

Rina Prime Value Services International Ltd is seeking experienced Local OHSE professionals to support on-site Health & Safety compliance activities across Poland, particularly in Warsaw. The role focuses on adapting local OHSE checklists, conducting on-site inspections, and delivering documented audit findings.

Qualifications

• Local OHSE regulations knowledge.
• Able to work on-site in Warsaw.
• Fluent in Polish with working English.
• Strong reporting and audit documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Adapt the corporate OH&S checklist to local legislation.
• Conduct on-site H&S inspections and collect supporting evidence.
• Identify and prioritize compliance gaps and corrective actions.
• Prepare clear, structured audit documentation and action plans.
• Work closely with local management, Building Managers and contractors.
• Provide reporting in English to the OHSE Project Director.
