Job summary

Rina Prime Value Services International Ltd is looking for experienced Local OHSE Professionals to support on-site Health & Safety compliance activities across Poland – Warsaw.

You will adapt the corporate OH&S checklist to local legislation, conduct on-site inspections, identify gaps, prepare audit documentation, and report in English to the OHSE Project Director while coordinating with local management and contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local OH&S regulations.
• Fluent in the local language and comfortable working in English.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Adapt the corporate OH&S checklist to local legislation.
• Conduct on-site H&S inspections and collect supporting evidence.
• Identify and prioritize compliance gaps and corrective actions.
• Prepare clear, structured audit documentation and action plans.
• Work closely with local management, Building Managers and contractors.
