Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to work at client logistics facilities in Germany.

You will support the maintenance and development of modern, fully automated logistics centers, ensuring the reliability of transport and storage systems.

We seek individuals with experience in industrial automation, conveyors, or automated logistics lines who thrive in a technical environment and international teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems, or similar warehouse automation installations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Communicative knowledge of English or German enabling work in an international environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems
• Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions
• Ensuring continuous operation of material transport and storage systems
• Analyzing failure causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence
• Collaborating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's facility
