Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers for international client logistics facilities in Germany. You will support maintenance and development of automated logistics centers, ensuring reliability of transport and storage systems.

The role requires hands-on repair and preventive actions, with a focus on conveyors and warehouse automation. Candidates should have 3+ years in maintenance or industrial automation, English or German communication skills, and be willing to work on-site in Germany

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, mono-rail systems or similar warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
• Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
• Ensuring continuous operation of material transport and storage systems.
• Analyzing failure causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's facility.

You will support the maintenance and development of modern, fully automated logistics centers, ensuring the reliability of transport and storage systems. We seek individuals with experience in industrial automation, conveyors, or automated logistics lines who thrive in a technical environment. Your tasks

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Communicative knowledge of English or German enabling work in an international environment
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany

Nice to have

• Experience gained in automated logistics or distribution centers
• Electrical qualifications
• Knowledge of warehouse automation systems and basic SCADA knowledge
