Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to support automated logistics centers at client facilities in Germany. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure continuous operation of material transport and storage systems.

The role requires at least 3 years in maintenance/industrial automation, experience with conveyors, and English or German language skills for an international environment, with on-site shifts in Germany.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems, or similar warehouse automation installations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Communicative knowledge of English or German enabling work in an international environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems
• Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions
• Ensuring continuous operation of material transport and storage systems
• Analyzing failure causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence
• Collaborating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's facility
