Job summary

Sii Poland seeks Maintenance Engineers to support international warehouse automation at client logistics facilities in Germany. You will diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults and perform preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation of conveyors and storage systems.

Requirements include 3+ years in maintenance or industrial automation, conveyors experience, English or German proficiency, and willingness to work shifts on-site in Germany. SCADA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation.
Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems, or similar warehouse automation.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
Communicative knowledge of English or German for international work.
Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
Performing scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
Ensuring continuous operation of material transport and storage systems.
Analyzing failure causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
Collaborating with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's facility.
