Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer for Gas Turbine Package Controls in Poland to strengthen the customer order engineering team. You will drive project execution, coordinate software and hardware solutions, and interface across gas, steam, generator, and auxiliary systems for combined cycle plants.

We value experience in energy controls, knowledge of SPPA-T3000/PCS7, and strong collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in engineering and/or commissioning of control systems, preferably in energy.
• Good knowledge of state‑of‑the‑art control system hardware.
• Professional software engineering experience with SPPA-T3000, PCS7 or equivalent operating environment.
• Open to new technologies and working styles.
• Team player with ownership and results orientation.
• Willing to implement innovative solutions in global interdisciplinary teams.
• Good command of English and German.

Responsibilities

• Project execution and controlling of complete Gas Turbine controls scope for combined cycle power plants.
• Technical clarifications of process requirements and interfaces from Gas-, Steam Turbine-, Generator- and Auxiliary Systems in New Apparatus and Service projects.
• Lead project-specific software and hardware solutions and coordinate implementation across engineering teams.
• Create hardware specifications for I&C equipment supply.
• Ensure on-time provision of software & hardware solutions within budget and design requirements.
• Represent GT controls scope in project teams and customer meetings.
• Provide qualified site support during erection and commissioning.
