Xperi seeks an On-Premises Infrastructure Development Engineer in Poland to build and maintain on‑prem CI/CD hardware and software ecosystems. You will work with Linux servers, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools to deliver secure, scalable build infrastructure.

The role emphasizes hands‑on engineering, scripting, monitoring, and collaboration with product teams to optimize release pipelines and security. Hybrid work with AWS exposure is available.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as a Linux system administrator/engineer.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain server, network, storage and build infrastructure, primarily on‑premises (some AWS).
• Update scripts and use configuration management tools to automate tasks.
• Respond to monitoring alerts to provide coverage of critical issues.
• Prioritize and execute project work to help achieve team goals.
• Ensure the security of managed systems and related data.
• Collaborate with other engineers to improve the product, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth software releases.
• Maintain currency of knowledge with respect to relevant technology, equipment, and systems.
• Produce and maintain clear and thorough technical documentation as it pertains to operating procedures, change management, inventories, etc.
• Explore and adopt AI-assisted engineering practices (AI coding assistants, agent-based automation) to improve build infrastructure and CI/CD tooling.
