Job summary

Equinor is seeking an experienced Control Room Operator to support offshore wind operations from the Łeba O&M base in Poland. You will monitor and operate SCADA/HMI/CCTV, coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, and ensure safe, reliable performance of two wind farms (Baltyk 2 & 3) and associated substations.

The role requires strong understanding of operation technologies, shift work including nights, and a commitment to safety, compliance with Grid Code, and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering required or equivalent experience.
• Existing utility/power generation experience or similar environment experience.
• High voltage experience is desirable.
• Marine communication certifications (SRC/LRC/CGO) are preferred.
• SEP G1 (D+E) and G1 certificates are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to minimize risks in renewables.
• Assist in preventive maintenance to ensure reliability of facilities and assets.
• Identify and assess operational risks in facilities and systems.
• Maintain effective communication to minimise production disruptions.
• Operate and monitor SCADA/HMI/CCTV systems for safe plant operation.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
• Dispatch and day-to-day operation of the plant to the electric grid.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions promptly and report issues as needed.
