Job summary

Semco Maritime in Poland (Gdynia office) seeks a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC design experience to design HVAC systems for offshore substations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, safe solutions from concept to commissioning and support fabrication, testing and site activities. Travel about 30 days per year is expected.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and strong offshore HVAC knowledge, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
• Experience with HVAC engineering and design for offshore projects.
• Knowledge of ventilation, cooling, heating and pressurization systems including DX.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC design solutions for offshore substation projects.
• Prepare technical documentation and requisitions.
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, piping, fire protection and control disciplines.
• Support fabrication, testing and commissioning activities.
