Job summary
HRappka in Gdańsk is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of complex offshore wind projects. You will perform design activities from concept through detailed engineering, develop calculations and documentation, and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has offshore wind experience, knowledge of IEC standards, fluent Polish and strong English, and is willing to travel occasionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in offshore wind, offshore energy or related industries.
- Good knowledge of IEC and relevant international standards.
- Experience with offshore substations and/or offshore platforms is an advantage.
- Very good command of English.
- Fluent Polish.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical engineering design activities from concept/basic design through detailed engineering.
- Develop and review electrical calculations, specifications and technical documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and support to engineers and designers.
- Coordinate electrical interfaces with other engineering disciplines.
- Support technical discussions with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Contribute to project planning, cost estimation and preparation of technical/commercial proposals.
- Identify technical risks and support their resolution.
