Job summary

Vestas American Wind Technology in Szczecin seeks a Process Engineer to own end-to-end manufacturing process areas in the Nacelles Offshore unit. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and collaborate with Mfg, Quality, and R&D to embed Design for Manufacturing early in development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans and design for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance of designated manufacturing process areas, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are reached
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, process documentation, and production standards
• Prepare and maintain key process deliverables including PFMEA, Control Plans, process flows, and manufacturing specifications
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams during product development to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles are incorporated early in the development process
• Support new product introductions, industrialization activities, prototype builds, and production implementation
