Job summary

Vestas is seeking an HSE Officer to strengthen our Health, Safety & Environment team at our manufacturing site in Poland. You will develop and maintain HSE programs, perform risk assessments, lead investigations, deliver training, and support sustainability initiatives to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

You’ll collaborate with production and support functions to promote a proactive safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 45001 and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (HSE, EHS, Eng).
• Solid knowledge of occupational safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, investigations, and inspections.
• Experience delivering safety training and engaging employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE programs to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver HSE training, coaching, and awareness initiatives to improve safety practices.
• Monitor environmental performance, waste management, and sustainability compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workplace safety and operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that promote safe, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing operations.
