Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a senior leader to drive the expansion of renewable development activities in Poland, owning the onshore wind pipeline from origination through permitting and grid connection to construction readiness.

You will build strategic partnerships with public authorities, landowners and industry partners, lead high-performing teams, and ensure investments deliver attractive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding track record in developing onshore wind projects in Poland.
• Deep knowledge of Polish development, permitting and grid connection frameworks.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic evaluation skills.
• Extensive professional network and credibility to influence stakeholders across the Polish renewable energy market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of company renewable development activities in Poland.
• Own the onshore wind development pipeline from origination through permitting and grid connection.
• Identify and assess strategic acquisition opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Represent the company across the Polish renewables ecosystem, building relationships with authorities and partners.
• Ensure development investments deliver attractive commercial outcomes through portfolio management.
