Job summary

Njord Offshore Ltd. is expanding its Crewing team in Szczecin to recruit and coordinate marine personnel across our offshore Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) fleet.

The role involves identifying suitable crew, maintaining a pool of qualified seafarers, and ensuring vessels are properly crewed to meet operational requirements. You will work closely with Operations Managers, the Crewing Team and vessel crews to recruit, onboard and coordinate rostering for European operations, with remote work options

Qualifications

• Experience in marine recruitment, crew coordination or similar roles.
• Strong recruitment, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent administrative, organizational and planning abilities.
• Proactive candidate sourcing and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational requirements.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and personnel management across the fleet, identifying, sourcing and recruiting qualified marine personnel.
• Manage recruitment activities: advertising, applications, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective crew to meet current and future fleet needs.
• Liaise with Operations Managers to understand crewing requirements and plan future recruitment.
• Coordinate onboarding: documentation checks, certification verification and familiarisation.
• Coordinate crew rotations, travel, accommodation and logistics.
• Maintain crew schedules, records and availability information.
• Monitor certification, medicals, training and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate crew mobilisation/demobilisation across European ports and project locations.
• Support compliance with flag-state, maritime and client requirements.
